Headquartered in Indiana, Pennsylvania, InnovaScript dispenses prescriptions in accordance with all federal laws, regulations, and guidelines. Authorized prescriptions and refills are shipped via US postal service or by FedEx directly to the qualified patient’s residence. InnovaScript ships to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

InnovaScript is a subsidiary of Diamond Pharmacy Services, the nation’s largest correctional pharmacy provider. When founding pharmacists Gilbert and Joan Zilner purchased the quaint Diamond Drug store in 1970, they understood that improvement, innovation, and a deeper devotion to customer service would help them stand out from the other corner drug stores in town. In the five decades that followed, Diamond would follow these principles to great success- expanding away from the retail counter into long-term care, corrections, and – with the opening of Innova in 2011- mail order pharmacy. And all while remaining family-owned and community-centered.
